Happy New Year!

Notions of constant and never ending improvement (Kaizen) is what drives  Kaizen Commercial Real Estate. Yuma Makes National Headlines!

Yuma was listed in the USA Today as one of the top 25 cities for job growth in 2017. Ranked at number 23, Yuma, Ariz. saw a 3.6 percent jump in employment beating out Tucson at .07 percent and Phoenix at 1.7 percent. The article states that the strongest sectors for job growth in Yuma were mining, farming, and construction. Read the full article here!

Property Manager Receives AEA Community Heroes Award

Liz Williams, Property Manager for  Kaizen received AEA’s Community Hero Award on December 22, 2017. Liz was nominated by Jamie Haines and Alissa Guevara of Gowan Science Academy, for her volunteer efforts as PTO President of the school. AEA recognizes individuals who make a difference in the community. Recognition takes place during their 75 Years of Giving Campaign. Congratulations Liz and all of her efforts to better the Yuma community through volunteering.
