Yuma Makes National Headlines!

Yuma was listed in the USA Today as one of the top 25 cities for job growth in 2017. Ranked at number 23, Yuma, Ariz. saw a 3.6 percent jump in employment beating out Tucson at .07 percent and Phoenix at 1.7 percent. Property Manager Receives AEA Community Heroes Award

Liz Williams, Property Manager for Kaizen received AEA’s Community Hero Award on December 22, 2017. Liz was nominated by Jamie Haines and Alissa Guevara of Gowan Science Academy, for her volunteer efforts as PTO President of the school.
