Our team constantly attends classes and seminars, are active in legislative actions, and have developed an extensive network of experts, specialists, consultants, and vendors who supplement the knowledge base and who keep us apprised of any changes in laws or policies.

Operations Review: is conducted for all facets of commercial property operations that are offered by our expert staff. Often, our reviews identify missed revenue opportunities or recommend cost-savings through more efficient operation of a property.

Life Saving Programs: are reviewed continually to minimize accidents and incidents that may expose our clients or us liability or accident claims.

Legal: issues can arise of virtually any element of property ownership and management. While we are not attorneys and therefore not qualified to offer legal advice, our staff receives ongoing training and education and utilizes a host of different legal resources to help us understand and respond to legal issues at our clients' properties.

Maintenance and Construction Management: services are provided for our client's properties. We offer in-house options for smaller jobs and can provide construction management for larger jobs requiring a contractor's license.
